False & Inaccurate Information

If an individual or establishment submits a video that presents information seen as inaccurate or harmful, e.x. miracle cures, anti-vaccination, bleach treatment, etc. Autism Tube has the right to reject, terminate and permanently ban individuals and establishments from using it’s services.

Termination

Autism Tube has the right to terminate your access to our services at any time without any liability. When we terminate your access to our services, it means that you will no longer be allowed to use our services again, at any time and for any reason. Reasons for termination may result due to actions and/or behaviors from a member or unapproved individual, or establishment, that is seen as offensive, inappropriate or insulting. Reasons why we reject membership requests or reasons why we terminate memberships may due to past histories or present actions of bullying, abuse, verbal harassment or abuse, physical harassment or abuse, sexual harassment or abuse, harassment or abuse of all forms through electronic devices, insults, threats or intimidation towards anyone working Autism Tube, the members on the site or persons appearing in the video content, etc. Termination applies in rejecting or removing the individual or establishment’s usage of services from Autism Tube.

Denial of Services

Autism Tube reserves the right to not provide it’s services to individuals, organizations, businesses or any form of entity it chooses. See below for a list of instances that exemplify the reasons as to why Autism Tube would deny it’s services:

• – Anything involving or associated with pornography.
• – Businesses, organizations or individuals with a history of fraudulent activities, scams and/or any other violations or illegal actions.
• – Businesses, organizations or individuals that have a history of sexual assault, abuse and/or harassment.
• – Individuals with a criminal record involving physical abuse and/or violence of any form.
• – Products and services making false, unproven, harmful and/or dangerous claims. 
• – Businesses, organizations or individuals that have been involved in dishonest, corruptible and/or unethical practices.
• – Businesses, organizations and individuals with a history of discrimination and/or carrying out content, words, statements and/or actions that are offensive towards the identities of a person and/or group because of their race, ethnicity, religion, age, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, mental ability, physical ability, in addition to any other offenses that we may consider to be against human rights.

Autism Tube reserves the right to not provide it’s services to any individual, organization, establishment or form of entity exhibiting actions and/or behaviors that are seen as offensive, inappropriate or insulting. This also includes behaviors that involve bullying, verbal harassment or abuse, physical harassment or abuse, sexual harassment or abuse, harassment or abuse of all forms through electronic devices, insults, threats or intimidation towards anyone working at Autism Tube, the members on the site or persons appearing in the video content.

Copyrighted Material

If you the member has submitted any form of copyrighted material to this site, it is at your own risk. We make no guarantees of knowing whether or not the materials appearing on this site are copyrighted and we advise our members to follow copyright laws. We advise members of this site to submit their own original content and works, material that is licensed or purchased by sources that allow usage of it’s materials or materials that are considered fair use. You the member accept that we have the right to remove any content that contains copyrighted material on this site as we choose so.

• – Public postings and private messages by non-employed individuals, companies and service providers who don’t work for Autism Tube. Autism Tube is not liable to any occurrences that may result in regards to an individual or group claiming or purporting to speak or act on behalf of Autism Tube, it’s members and affiliations.
• – Posts that contain unauthorized downloads of copyrighted material and posts that display copyrighted material. Autism Tube will still make it an effort to remove copyrighted claimed content by request if evidence presented by the copyright owners and/or copyright holders is proved and made apparent, however we cannot guarantee that we will always see posts that contain copyrighted material, and so Autism Tube is not liable or responsible toward any occurrences that result in regards to the copyrighted material.
